Hackathon is a 2-day workshop run by CRoC for beginners in robotics.  The first day of the event is a teaching day, where everyone is given the materials and taught the basics of robotic programming and building. Participants will be taught everything that they need to know for the day 2.  The second day consists of a small competition, for which participants will be split into teams to compete. The competition will be judged and prizes handed out at the end of the day.  The sessions will take place during the Tuition-free break in Semester 1, on the 20th and 21st of April.  It is important to note that to be on a Curtin Campus in WA, you must have recieved a second dose of a Covid-19 vaccine before 21st of March 2022. After the 21st of March 2022, a third dose or booster is required within one month of becoming eligible. Hope to see you there!

Come along to the Introductory Build Night on 3rd March from 6pm to find out more about the club's projects, meet our project leads and committee, and ask questions. We will be meeting in the Engineering Pavilion (B215) on level 1.  The night will start off with some short introductions and presentations, given by President, Project Admin and Project Leads. We will then have free pizza (!!!) and breaking into our usual Build Night, where each team works on their project and attendees are free to wonder around and ask questions, or join a project if they already know what they want to do.
